Chapter 4 of my ongoing Spike/Apple Bloom fic. The rest of the Mane 6 get the news, Apple Bloom's health takes a turn for the worse, and a decision has to be made.
As always, I welcome constructive criticism. These heavier chapters are tricky, so if you think I can improve somewhere, please let me know!

EDIT 2: Someone submitted this to Equestria Daily without asking me, and while I appreciate the thought I'd prefer they not do it again. EqD runs on a 3-strike system and that used up a strike. I got some really good feedback, and I'm not upset, but I will resubmit it when I am confident that I have addressed their concerns.

Very nice great drawing in general. I love the expressions. Though it is not clear if it is shipping or not. If you wanted him to be like that as a friend you could have putting AJ crying in the corner and twilight next to spike. If it was shipping you could have had the kissing and crying or something. I'm not an artist. I don't know. But I think a whole the fault in our stars mlp mash up shipping the two cutest character would have been adorable.
